Keep it or send it back
Full refund if it goes back. We collect. No restocking fee, no argument.
What it costs you
Nothing, if you return it. We pay for delivery and collection both ways. Some chairs come back — usually it’s a sizing problem, and we swap it for the right model. We would rather do that than sell you a chair you quietly stop using after a month.
