Our chairs are made in Türkiye by METTA, a manufacturer with twenty-five years of production, selling in forty-five countries. We are their authorised dealer in the UAE.
Why we started
Buying a good chair in Dubai is harder than it should be. You can gamble on a marketplace listing with four photos and no brand, and find out in a year that the frame was plastic. Or you can pay six thousand dirhams for a name you recognise from an American office. There isn’t much in between, and there is nowhere to actually sit in one first.
How we do it differently
We bring the chair to you. No showroom. You try it at your
own desk for thirty days and decide then.
We stand behind it ourselves. The warranty is ours, not a form you post
to Türkiye.
We show the manufacturer’s codes. Every model on this site carries
its METTA article number. Nothing to look up, nothing hidden.

Which chair should I get?
Tell us your height, your weight and how many hours a day you sit, and we’ll tell you. Height matters more than anything else — most chair complaints are sizing problems wearing a disguise.
Can I try one before buying?
Yes, and we’d rather you did. We deliver the chair assembled and you use it for thirty days at your own desk. If it isn’t right, we collect it and refund you in full.
How long does delivery take?
Next day in Dubai if you order before 4 pm. Two to three days for Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
Is assembly included?
Always, and it isn’t an extra. We build the chair, set it to your height, and take the packaging away.
Is the warranty valid in the UAE?
Yes. The warranty is given by OSTA, in the UAE, under UAE law. You are not posting forms to a factory in Türkiye — you message us and we deal with it.
Are these genuine METTA chairs?
Yes. We are METTA’s authorised dealer in the UAE and every chair comes direct from their factory in Türkiye. Every article code on this site is the manufacturer’s own — check any of them with METTA if you like.
Why are only four chairs in stock?
Because a thirty-day trial only works if the chair is on our shelf. We stock four and bring the rest of the range to order.
Do you sell to companies?
Yes, and it’s a large part of what we do. Volume pricing from five chairs, delivery outside office hours, one invoice, and a trial set for your team before you commit to a floor.
