What we keep about you, and why.
Very little. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms that send anything to us — the chair finder works inside your browser. Personal data reaches us only when you write to us.

On this website
Your browser keeps two things on your own device: the colour theme you chose and the chairs in your order list. They are not sent to us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
When you order or write to us
We keep what you send us and what we need to deliver and look after the chair:
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number, Telegram name and email;
- the delivery address;
- what you ordered, what you paid and your invoice;
- warranty requests, including photos or videos you send.
Why, and on what basis
- To deliver your order — because it is needed for the contract with you.
- To honour the warranty — for the same reason, for as long as the warranty runs.
- To keep accounts and invoices — because UAE law requires it.
- To send news or offers — only if you separately agree to it. Writing to us about an order is not that agreement. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Only those who help us do the work: the people who deliver and assemble your chair; METTA, the manufacturer, when a warranty part is needed; and the services we use to talk to you and keep records — WhatsApp, Telegram, email and Cloudflare. Some of them store data outside the UAE. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and warranty records for as long as the warranty on your chair runs, up to twelve years from delivery, and for as long as UAE law requires us to keep accounting records. If you only asked a question and did not order, we delete it within a year.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to give you a copy. You can withdraw consent to news and offers at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
