The twelve-year warranty covers that use, with no separate small print for companies: twelve years on frame and mechanism, five years of parts at no charge, and half the cost of the part for the seven years after that. We come to the desk and fit it. One phone number, and the same person answers it.

What is the minimum order?
Five chairs for volume pricing. There is no minimum for buying at the listed price — one chair is a normal order too.
Can we mix models in one order?
Yes, and most offices do. The quantity is what sets the price, not how uniform the order is.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Across the UAE. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi in two to three days. Other emirates take three to five — ask us before you order and we will confirm.
How long does a fit-out take?
Stocked models go out next day in Dubai. A larger order that comes in with the container is scheduled around the shipping date, and we tell you that date before you commit.
Can we see a chair first?
Yes. That is what the trial set is for, and for a serious enquiry we bring it to your office rather than describe it.
Who do we deal with?
Us, directly. There is no dealer network between you and the warranty, and no call centre in another time zone.
