The chair arrives built.

A chair in a flat box is not a chair. We bring it up, assemble it, set it to your height and take the packaging away with us. That is included in the price, not an extra line on the invoice.

Free everywhere in the country, assembled on arrival. We confirm the delivery date with every order, before you pay anything.

Seven days to change your mind.

You can return a chair within seven days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram first and we tell you where to bring it. Getting the chair back to us is up to you and at your cost. The money comes back within ten days, the same way you paid.

The chair has to be as it arrived: not assembled, unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice or warranty card. We assemble on arrival and take the packaging away, so ask us to leave the chair in its box if you want to keep this option. A fault is different: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we repair, replace or refund, at our cost. After that, faults are covered by the warranty. Terms of sale

Twelve years, given by us, in the UAE.

Twelve years on the steel frame. The mechanism, gas lift, base and castors are replaced free for five years, armrests and upholstery for three, and after that you pay half the price of the part up to year twelve. The warranty is OSTA’s, in the UAE — you message us and we come to the chair.
