A chair in a flat box is not a chair. We bring it up, assemble it, set it to your height and take the packaging away with us. That is included in the price, not an extra line on the invoice.

We deliver and build it
Free across Dubai. Next day on stocked models, two to three days for Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
Pay when it is at your desk
Not before. The chair is assembled and adjusted first.

Twelve years on the frame and mechanism, and five years of free spare parts. The warranty is OSTA’s, under UAE law — you message us and we deal with it. You are not posting forms to a factory in Türkiye and waiting.
